Without objection, the bill was returned to second reading. Senators Green, Halford offered Amendment No. 4 : Page 7, lines 13 - 14: Delete "or who may lawfully carry a concealed handgun in public in the state where the person resides" Insert "with permit requirements at least as strict as those in AS18.65.700 - 18.65.790" Senator Green moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 4. Senator Lincoln objected. The question being: Shall Amendment No. 4 be adopted?
